@ACirilli_Author Her profile says average request time is 12 days and average rejection is 25 days, but her last response was on April 22. Data Explorer says she hasn't responded to anything submitted more recently than April 2, and that looks like an outlier, as she's only responded to two queries submitted later than early March. I don't see anything that indicates a reason for the pause, so I assume it's just normal "being swamped."
