@smardock, the agent has hardly responded to queries younger than 30 days. So she’s probably busy right now.

@smardock the agent only has a 49% query response rate so it either means they’re busy so replies are taking longer, or could be a CNR after 12 weeks per the agency website. I’m way over 8 days, we’ll see. 😆
