Personalized rejection 3/30/2026 (116 days)
While it was a rejection, it was extremely helpful. Diego loved my premise, my magic system, the characters, and atmosphere. I just used the wrong comps and set the bar too high for myself when it comes to author voice (he read an OLD version of the first 3 chapters, which have since been rewritten from the ground up). Oh well...
