Forgive me for jamming this thing up with more data on her responses, but this is really strange and I can't find much of a pattern. The only real takeaway is that those average times are meaningless and you should only submit to her if you are prepared to wait an indeterminate, potentially very long amount of time.
June 7 - at least two batches of responses. One of those was to brand new queries (less than a week, in some cases less than a day), while the rest were scattered responses to queries from the latter half of March.
June 8 - a handful of queries sent in the middle of May, then a whole bunch from the beginning of April.
June 11 - three queries from the first half of May.
June 19 - another group of brand new queries as well as a random handful from earlier in the year.
June 30 - one query from February.
July 2 - five queries from the start of April.
July 6 - a big batch, mostly old ones from March and April but also one from June.
July 24 - more April queries, but also one from June and a few that were 1-2 weeks old.
July 25 - LOTS of queries on this date, divided into several batches: April, May (mostly the first half), late May/early June, 1-2 weeks, then more from June.
There are records of responses taking as much as five months, as well as people who submitted back in February who never heard anything.

Semi-form rejection by her assistant on NA dystopia 07/25. Appreciated Katrina for taking the time to reply kindly.

I'm baffled by these agents who skip over arbitrary chunks of time. She sent responses to everyone who queried before me then skipped over four days, 06/15-06/18. She also skipped over all but one query sent 06/09-06/12, but then got back to everyone before and after that. As a result, she is technically a responder, but only at random.
