@MAD_180 Generally, if an agency doesn't specify that they're one for all, go ahead and query someone else *provided* any deadline stated by the first agent has passed.
That said, BLMA's website has some ambiguous language that can be read as them being one for all, but also as please query just one agent at a time:
"Please do not send submissions addressed for the attention of more than one agent within the agency.
We do understand the time and effort that goes into crafting a submission, but due to the sheer volume we receive each day we are unable to give a further reply unless we want to read or hear more.
If we are interested, you will receive a response within eight to twelve weeks from submission."
I'd go with your gut on this one. I did query Julie after a CNR with John Baker because I felt strongly that she'd be a fit, and neither I nor my inbox have burst into flames (yet!)

If one agent ghosts you, can you resubmit to another? Or, is a no from one assumed to be a no from the entire agency? Not seeing anything on their submissions page.
