Their website says only that we can't submit to more than one agent simultaneously. Not sure why it's set up to refuse after one rejects. Maybe @Patrick can check?

She was kind and said she didn't have a vision for a publisher, but said to keep her in mind as she would be happy to review future work. (I truly appreciate this and hope to query when my MG novel is more polished.)

Aevitas no longer considers a manuscript once it’s been turned down internally. I thought only smaller agencies had rules like that...
