Rejected the pitch so quickly, I'd be shocked if she finished the letter let alone read the sample pages. As someone who used to field submissions in magazine publishing, seems unlikely any real consideration was given to the submission. As indicated by other authors, it looks like she gives almost NO submissions much consideration.
